I bought a condo from these guys in April and paid them a pretty penny. I have several items on my punch list still outstanding today on December 22nd, 8 months later. The only time the've come to fix one of these items, they mistakenly drilled holes in my wall in the wrong place. Those holes are still there 60 days later. I also have massive separation in my flooring that has existed since I bought the place.
