was hell dealing with these clowns. from missed appointments without the decency to call to cancel, scheduling work (we didn't ask for on) Christmas eve, taking almost a year for fix the fence despite multiple letters and even a site visit by the council. they also tried their best to take our bond, trying to charge us $500 for a useless modem, luckily the RTA sided with us. they alsk asked me to re-mow the lawn i mowed 2 weeks before the exit inspection... their reason? *it doesn't look like the pictures from 3 years prior*... read more
Sending me spam emails and the only interaction I've ever had with them was registering for a rental inspection in 2023?? I don't care what property prices are doing in that area. Or any area really. (also can you please improve your website, it looks like a grade 9 student's IT project)
I have had a great experience with both Greg and Ben Jackson in the many years that i have known them. I purchased my unit back in 2011 and have never regretted it. I am now selling it and am more than happy to put it in their hands. Would recommend this agency to anyone.
