I appreciate Metro Care. The care giver I have Elbi, is excellent. Polite, courteous and goes beyond to help and understand me with my situation and need for MetroCare. It’s a care giver like Elbi that makes me truly appreciate the services from Metro.
The home care nurse from metrocare that I see go to my uncles house is very unprofessional. I seen her with my own eyes buy alcohol for him. And she never did give him a bath. She comes and tell other people what to do and it’s not her place or job to do such a thing. She don’t clean his bathroom or change his bedding. She brings things from her job (I’m guessing) and leaves it in his living room on the ground. She only comes for 10 minutes max to do his vitals and make him food(sometimes) and she is out the door.
