To start off by saying I don't often write review but wanted to write one for this company after the experience I had with them. This Company is very professional, and they work fast. I had multiple windows with broken latches and balance as well as two windows that were foggy. They came by to get an estimate on Jan 9, and after accepting the estimate a few days later, they began to order parts. My window frame broke during the storm and I was desperately looking for an open place on Saturday. Metro was able to schedule a same-day emergency visit and the technician repaired the frame within in 10 minutes with a custom way without having me change whole window frame. The price was fair as well.
Metro Window and Glass were highly responsive to my inquiry. Came out and did a same day estimate and installed a custom replacement window within a week. Highly professional and curteous, even to my dog! 5 star recommendation.
