I had a very frustrating experience at Metro Truck Parts. I went there to purchase an airbag and brought my old one with me to ensure I was given the correct replacement. I asked the staff member to discard the old airbag after I bought the new one. When I returned to my yard and attempted to install the new airbag, I realized it was the wrong size. This has been my go to spot for parts for a while now. Convenient location and very rarely don't have what I'm looking for. If they don't, they help me find a location that does. Can't speak for the service department as I only buy parts
Very very bad service at night shift I call 20 times not pick up my call I send someone to pick up part for my shop he said he needs to talk with me he wants to talk with me I call him again and again not answered …..very rude…
