One of their Mercedes Sprinter Vans tailgate me, honked his horn, flashed his lights behind me for several miles. I was driving the speed limit (exactly), but he was in such a rush that he passed me, dangerously crossing a double yellow line. Thoroughly rude, unprofessional and unsafe. MA license plate LV83987

White glove service from beginning to end. Extremely impressed with their operation from booking to the conclusion of our outing. They walked me through the process and made sure I understood all the available options. We had a group of 15 that included some special needs accommodations and Metro West couldn’t have been more helpful. It was such a wonderful evening and they played a big part in giving us a great experience. I absolutely will use them for future events and I give them my highest recommendation.
