Used to be great, but now you cant get on time transport to save your life.
This crew did a beautiful job with a heavy man down many stairs, all the way to our outpatient clinic, and back, all the way to his bed. Carefully. Respectfully. Very grateful
I had to select a 1star rating as a minimum. These people don’t rate a star. My wife had sever damage to her spine and they handled her like side of beef from her bed to the stretcher down the stairs racing to roughly loading her into the back of vehicle. The whole time she screamed in pain. Neighbors standing in their yard couldn’t believe what they heard. My wife was being transported to peace health hospice, she died 4 days later. This outfit isn’t fit to pick up road kill…
Absolutely disappointed I’ve never have had someone be so rude dropping off a resident I really don’t understand if your not happy with your job then you need to quit.
