I have incredibly bad experience with TB sales team ( Johnna, Jill, Bernie) at metro west. First, they are super hard to reach out. My lender tried to contact them several times for condo approval, but never got a reply. I tried to contact them during contract, but no one answered my calls. The Toll Brothers are liars. They do not fulfill their duties and people are nothing to them. People's rights are nothing to them. Only people's loot. Even if the person is a party to the contract, they will not even communicate with the person in any case, only through the court, where they already have everything agreed.
