From my experience, this security company exhibits a concerning lack of professionalism. As security personnel rather than "police officers". I believe it is essential for them to carry business cards, or some sort of professional identification, their company policy dies not require. I define a security team's purpose as promoting community unity, wellness, safety, and kindness, rather than treating individuals/patrons with suspicion for parking in a 24 hour public parking lot like a super crime.
