Expensive This business seems to do good work however their prices are very expensive compared to other oil change businesses. They don't check your car for any mechanic problems other than filters and very basic stuff. I doubt their workers are certified mechanics. They use good oil, however you are going to pay a good price for it. The only coupons they offer for oil changes are mail in rebates that are funded by Castro Oil not Metro.
Pushy Sales The people who work here will try to push unnecessary extras like engine flushes (which are dangerous, and you should never get) when you ask for an oil change. It's not a problem for guys -- you just have to say no. But the employees are sometimes very pushy on female customers who come in alone. This is to the point where one female friend asks me to accompany her on oil changes so the employees will leave her alone.

Metro Lube This place is nice and clean. All the employees seem nice. The best time to go for an oil change or wash is on a weekday after work between 5:30 -7pm right before it closes. They have plenty of chairs to sit in and the bathrooms are amazing clean for a car place. They also have tons of car accessories to browse while you shop. I have taken my car there 4 times. Brand new 24 hr car wash This car wash is brand new. It opened up several months ago, replacing another car wash which was there. They completely knocked down the old building and put up a new one. Everything looks nice and modern, and in addition to just washing cars they now do oil changes. They are opened 24 hrs and they have a $5 special for car washes from 7 pm to 7 am.
