Very friendly
All of the Waterbury office staff were very nice and professional. They offer free drinks while there; Which is nice and thoughtful. The Doctor was thorough and explained everything to me very well. I received a canvas bag with a nice water bottle, lip balm, and more information on the procedure I will be having. I definitely recommend this office.
I had a great experience at this vein center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They really go out of their way to work with your schedule, which I truly appreciated. The doctor was very informative and took the time to explain everything clearly before and during my procedure, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time.
