My visit today at Metro Vein center was excellent. I’ve finished my treatments, have felt a difference in my feet I hope the results continue to improve my neuropathy. Metro Vein is at the top of their game and I recommend them to anybody that will listen.
SCAM ALERT! My wife met with the doctor, paid her $65 copay, and scheduled an 8 minute procedure on one leg. She was assured insurance would cover it and of course it did, but 3 days before her appointment the office called and informed her she was responsible for 20% of a $14,500 charge to insurance...or $2,900. She was expected to pay out of pocket, day of the appointment $2,900.00 for one injection! $15k for an 8 minute procedure? She cancelled her appointment immediately. Jordan and Dr Mandy were wonderful for my first appointment!
I am rating this 0 stars. I had an appointment at 9 and I arrived, as instructed, 15 minutes early. At 9:27 they said they would check and see what was going on. They said they were "waiting" for the ultrasound machine and did I want to reschedule. I walked out. In a world where customer service and the client experience are super important, this is just not OK. There are lots of other places to choose from. Don't choose this one.
