I had a very disappointing experience at Metro Vein Center. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 PM. I was running late due to heavy traffic, so I called the office ahead of time to let them know. I arrived around 1:40 PM, and I was told over the phone that it was okay and that I might just have a short wait. Instead, I waited three hours before being called back, even though there was no one else waiting in the waiting room. Good Afternoon, I recently visited this place last week while bringing my aunt in for an appointment. The woman at the front desk Kenya greeted us with kindness, very welcoming, polite, soft spoken friendly and just professional. She is a great asset for this organization. We had a wonderful visit and Kenya needs to be thanked.
