I can't even fully explain the lack of professionalism and care. Walking in you are treated like a profit opportunity. Your care is treated like a cog in a factory. One in one out. I am beyond afraid of this place. Had follow up call. Couldnt understand the caller. Just a name on a list to call. I expressed my concerns about how my leg wad hurting and worsening of my leg. Response was "no worries ". What? Does that even mean? I swear she was reading from a script. Seek real care not factory care.
Everyonewere extremely polite. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Dr. Mandy and Dr. "O" were very polite and answered all my questions sufficiently and addressed my concerns
My experience has been fantastic!All the staff are great and helpful with all my questions.Very welcoming and professional.
