Was seen quickly the test were taken and shortly after the dr came in and discussed the next best steps
Everyone in the office is great, with one exception which is the woman at the front desk today 12/31/25 and my first appointment at the downtown location on 12/23/25. She’s rude and unprofessional and won’t even look at you in the face to make the appointment. She sits there with her AirPod like you’re the issue. But with all that it’s not enough for me to leave a bad review. Dr. Barrett is kind and help and loves to chat with you so you’re not afraid or worried during the procedure. My experience was great. The staff was awesome. Place is very clean. Diami was very informative and was very very helpful. She took her time and letting me know about the after care. The Dr was excellent we talk throught out the procedure made me feel comfortable and she was done quickly. Keep up the good work ladies.
The staff is friendly and courteous. They explain each step of the procedure and the aftercare.
Not much to say but good service.
