I had the pleasure of going to Metro Vein Center on Kings Highway and 14 St. The service there was exceptional. Front the staff at the front desk to the technicians. The doctor I saw (Dr. B) was AMAZING. She listened and made sure you understood whatever procedure she had to conduct. I wish all doctors were more like her. I definitely recommend going to this location if you can for all your veins issues. Thanks Metro Vein Center and thanks Dr. B. A special shout out to ‘Lil Breezy’ as well.
I wish I had a positive review but after being told my insurance would cover my initial visit I paid a 60 dollar copay. Not a big deal. But I was shocked to receive an additional charge of $200.00 for the same visit without any reason whatsoever or itemized bill. If felt like a scam of hidden fees. I called billing to find out what exactly was going on and the best they could offer was an installment plan? They said they were sorry no one explained the billing to me prior to my visit. Huh? I do not recommend Metro Vein Center. Their scheduling policies seem very one-sided. If a patient is 10–15 minutes late, they will cancel the appointment, yet they have no problem keeping patients waiting for hours. I have visited this location three times, and each time I waited over 2 hours to be seen. Most recently, I arrived only 15 minutes late for my appointment and was told it had been canceled.
