I called this location for my mother and son to go for a visit . After confirming the locations times and hours I sent them to the location. When they arrived they were turned away. They refused treatment and they didn't have the courtesy to even open the door to speak to them. The location closes at 8 PM. They went for 6 PM. I got off the phone with the representative at 5:50 PM. Mind you it is cold and below 20 degrees outside. If they were not taking patients after 6 PM they should have said so. Customer service is horrible they are so rude and when me and my son went to get Covid tested the lady just stuck the swabs up our nose no type of remorse . The front desk they act as if you’re bothering them by your presence . Only go here if you have no other option
