We wasted nearly two hours here, paid the $75 copay all to be sent to the emergency room because their ekg machine (basic equipment) was broken. Worst of all we were lied to when a staff member pretended to be a doctor. I was suspicious of the visit so I looked up their name in ny state website and found no record of a physician license or physicians assistant license. Got a covid test result in 20 minutes
Multiple days in a row when I called in for my COVID results they told me they would make an appointment for a doctor to call me back but they never did. After a couple of weeks I got fed up and went into the office in person to get the results. I was also told their health portal isn't functional.
Great service! I have been in this Metro UrgiCare for over 3 years now. Everytime is a fast service and waiting time is short. I talk to the doctor and I get the care service I need and I leave. I always get taken care of fast and get treat fairly always! Great work staff members!❤️👍🏼🎉
I took the covid test over a week ago and the results were not posted until I called in asking why my results were not in. They refuse to provide the results over the phone and ask to make an appt with a doctor instead. You shouldn’t promise test results in 3 days, ask for my email address and have me create a portal if you don’t plan to upload results.
