Absolutely unacceptable experience. I had a month-to-month verbal agreement to park my commercial trucks, and out of nowhere I was told to remove everything within 3 days or they would be towed at my expense. No written notice, no reasonable timeline, and zero effort to communicate professionally or find a workable solution. This is not how you treat business clients. Forgot the guys name but someone from parts dept was rude on the phone , he expects anyone calling in to be a mechanic and shows attitude if you seem confused or ask questions
Hats off to their customer service. They value their customers. Today they were closing early at noon and I called 2 minutes before their closing time to pick up a part i wanted urgently and I was like 10 minutes away from them when i called, and seriously they waited and I was able to buy that part from these guys.
