I've owned and driven Toyota Camrys since 2010 and I always have them serviced at the dealership to be sure it's done correctly and with the proper parts. Since moving here we've had Dale as our service manager and he does a great job of taking care of our car. I highly recommend him and Metro Toyota.
Service Department Needs Improvement. I brought my Prius in for a scheduled oil change. They always try to upsell on service. This time, they pulled the cabin air filter and showed me a photo of the filter piled high with shredded debris and declared I needed a near $400 treatment. “Hadn’t I heard any noise from the blower?!” Nope, None. Went in for an oil change and left with a fre car wash. The wait wasn't bad either, around an hour & they had free boxed water & some snacks. Price was about average too.
Had a recall for a brake tube on my Toyota and they replaced it for free. As expected, thank you!
