Great company to work for!
Horrible company. It has been over 60 days and still no paperwork to get my tag. If you call they will just transfer you to a full mailbox. So incompetent!!
THE WORST. Overnighted paperwork for TT&L and took over two weeks for them to check it in, and that was after I had to ask about the status before that even happened. No communication from anyone. Last time I send ANYTHING to this incompetent company.
The dealership I purchased my car through uses this company. Not sure why though. I had to go to my local clerk's office to register my car and fill all the paperwork out myself. Then when the dealership was requesting to settle with MTS, they said they didn't have any registration paperwork, even though they obviously did because they over nighted a copy to me? Which also didn't make sense because I had to go do it myself so obviously I have my registration. I called to try and get clarification about what was going on, the... read more
Their service has become less than satisfactory since the company has changed owners. We are billed for services that are not requested and the services that we request are not properly completed. We are thoroughly unsatisfied with this company.
