Professional all the way Metro has handled several transactions for me and they have always done a great job.
BEWARE AGENTS! BEWARE! Horrible title company to work with. They do not do their research and try and sneak other fees in! (forgot to run a title search until the day of closing??!!) I am a realtor and had a cash transaction and 4 week closing, and they still were not prepared. If you have to use them, do not use Victoria. There is an agent (Elia) out there saying you have to use her in transactions due to POA, and this is FALSE! They do not have POA! Please Beware!
