I’ve had a great experience with Yi Li as my Registered Massage Therapist at Metro Therapeutics. Yi is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to understand where I’m experiencing pain and discomfort before every session. I feel very fortunate that I was able to connect with Luke for physiotherapy at Metro Therapeutics. Was really fortunate to have this place recommended to me. It really is a diamond in the rough. Lena and the staff are very friendly, caring and compassionate. I booked a few appointments with Mr. Li RMT and definitely recommend it. He went through all the process and was in-depth on his explanations. I went in sore and exhausted, but came out refreshed and energized. I can't express enough on how the sessions helped me overall.

I’ve been doing physiotherapy sessions with Luke and he’s honestly so good at what he does. He knows exactly where the pain is coming from and how to treat it. Most of the time he uses manual therapy, his massage technique is really great, and sometimes he also uses tools when needed. Luke also explains what exercises I need to do at home and gives helpful recommendations on what I should and shouldn’t do to avoid the pain from coming back. Super thankful for his help — highly recommend!
