Disgusting owners the wife is evil. They fired me after I got a promotion when they found out I was pregnant. They only care about medical rides. They'll be closed down soon I'm sure.
All I can say is do not use this service! I needed a chair car van to take my mom home. The bottom line is they schedule an appointment for you and never intend to keep it. Our driver came 2 hours late. They scheduled 3 other appointments at the same time as ours. Disgusting! How are you going to use this service for an appointment when their that late????? The driver was lovely and very apologetic but that just doesn't help. I will never use this service for any reason in the future.
Taxi driver of cab193 is rude and ignorant. Tell him he shouldn’t get out his car to confront people it’s not safe.
Thanksgiving day we were scheduled for a return wheelchair ride back to rehab at 7pm but no one showed up, no one called us, I called them and got a return call saying that they had no drivers and could be up to 2 hours late. We waited 1.5 hours and then had to scramble to get my mother back to rehab
