Their customer service isn’t good at all. TERRIBLE actually. I spoke to a guy named Mike or Mark he wouldn’t repeat his name. I called twice he is EXTREMELY rude Very nasty after I said thank you he hung up on me on BOTH calls without saying you’re welcome or nothing.The stamp is very poorly/cheaply made everything else was good but not the actually stamp. Placed an order online over the weekend I called to pay the next business day (Monday) and I was told they declined to process my order I asked why and the man continuously said the same thing over and over. Of five notary stamp sets I have purchased since October 2019, three of the embossed seals have failed. When I contacted the owner, his response was to send me a video on how to property put the seal together. I advised him that I had been purchasing seals for notaries for 28 years and he still insisted that I probably wasn't putting them together correctly. I know others who are having the same problem.
