I have a good experience with PT Edward. He has been helpful. The issue has been scheduling appointments. They have a kiosk to check in and check out. Those people are often rude on video. They also aren't able to schedule everything there so you have to call. I have been calling for a week and have not been able to speak to someone to schedule an appointment. This clinic has a serious lack of transparency when it comes to billing, which led to countless issues and frustrations. I was blindsided with over $2,000 in unexpected charges—fees I had absolutely no prior knowledge of. At no point did they communicate what would or wouldn’t be covered, nor did they explain the costs upfront.
