I went to Motion with a very painful calf muscle tear or stretch. After one treatment I was way better and never needed to return. Thanks, Motion and Kai Aberilla. She's a champ.
Went here over 6 months ago twice only because what they had me sign as verification of benefits and what they verbally confirmed with me didn’t match what my insurance ended up charging me. Make sure you ask them repeatedly to confirm what your verification of benefits will be compared to what your insurance will charge you. My first initial visit somehow cost less than my second visit where my therapist had to leave early for personal reasons which were known beforehand. I had rotator cuff issues that I've been wrestling with for roughly a year. I tried some PT at JAG and quickly figured out it was a terrible fit. A sports doctor sent me to Motion instead and there I worked with Maricar (Kai) Aberilla. She is wonderful. I highly recommend anyone ask for her specifically. She's incredibly knowledgeable and, long story short, fixed the problem, including diagnosing what probably caused them and giving me exercises to prevent them going forward. A+
This place is great, and they have a wonderful staff.
