Thought our septic needing pumping due to sewer smell in bathroom in afternoon heat. Called and was quoted $149 for pumping and $49 for dispatch fee. Received multiple email and text reminders about appointments and received a call about 30 minutes before tech arrived. The tech, Josh M. Was fantastic! Please do not waste your money hiring this company!! First of all they tell over the phone that they charge $240 to pump a 1500 gallon tank but when they reach the charge went to $600, after they pump your tank will be filled back up the next week because they don’t clear the fill line and that causes the tank to fill back up in a week. DO NOT HIRE THIS Company!!!

Technician came out today and did a great job pumping my tank. The experience itself was not great. On their website they say 149 septic pump special with a 49 dollars fee. My tank isn't having any issue, isn't over full nor am I experiencing any issues. Yet he technician told me that my price would be 468 dollars. I would have paid that if I had known that was the price from the begging. Metro septic pumping you have to do better. From the initial phone call to the finish Septic Blue was fantastic. They are informative and efficient. Dallas our tech was great, he explained every step and asked if we had questions. He was also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Chris was the man who came to service us. Not only was he professional but super friendly as well. He came out got straight to work. He found my tank in no time. He also gave me friendly tips on the upkeep of my septic tank. I won’t call any other company out from day day on. They have found a loyal customer in me. Thanks Blue Septic!!!!
