I don’t know what is going on with this transition but I have twice to get in and access denied. Had two temporary codes tried again access denied. Hours say 6 am - 10 pm I went at 9 and 8:50 and nothing. I have taken 40 min drives to get to items to just waste time and gas. This is illegal. No notice if hours changed. I wasn’t even formally notified that there was a change in company. Reason I found out was when I tried regular site to log in I couldn’t and couldn’t make payment.
They just changed to Storage Rentals of America without notifying anyone. Now they lock the place up after 5 when they close the office. I was there while people were locked inside the gates and could not get out. Metro used to be great until this happened. I expect that they will be lowering everyone's rates due to this inconvenience.
I want to take a moment to recognize Kim, the manager at Metro Storage, for her outstanding service and support. My recent move from a smaller unit to a larger one was absolutely effortless thanks to Kim’s efficiency, attention to detail, and genuine care for her customers.
