Clean and well kept. Climate controlled.High security with a lot of cameras and strict entry and exit times. Ended up going with a 10x10. Left and right sided are stainless steel grooved walls with the back wall made out of cemented bricks. No wall in the ceiling but instead there is a steel fence with squared out holes. The Only complaint would be that they jip you out of 0.7ish ft of area space if the space is measured with a tape. So a 5x10 advertised unit would technically be a 4.3x9.3. Kim was fantastic. There was 0 pressure to sign up and she took the time to answer any and all questions we had. We shopped around at multiple storage units or varying quality and while metro storage was in the upper tiers, Kim’s management and hospitality were the deciding factors.
Renting the space was seamleas and quick. I got good offer for 1st 2 months too.
Was looking for a place to store some things between my move to SC. Kim was extremely helpful and answered all my questions confidently. Her (what I call after working retail) customer service voice was very happy & you can tell that she enjoys her job. I love the way people in this new "entitled time frame" of the world that we have going on now is quick to throw the discrimination card if they don't get their way or their backside wasn't kissed the way they like. This world needs more people like Kim!
