Kim, the manager personally called me after I placed a request for an online quote. She was personable. She was professional explain the process explained the pricing explained the insurance and what it covered. I went into the office that afternoon. I came to Metro self storage and the office was closed. However, Kim was still there and she kindly opened the office to help me select the perfect unit that was needed. Thank you Kim for the excellent customer service.
Kim was a great help in helping me select the unit that best fit my needs.
I was treated so well at Metro Storage I went back and got a 2nd unit so I could move my belongings from Public Storage. Kim went above and beyond. I am recommending it to all my friends now.
