Excellent customer service.!!! The manager, John provided outstanding customer service. He was very compassionate and caring. He answered all of our questions. After we left, we called back with additional questions, which he answered. We visited several other storage facilities in the area and there was no comparison to the customer service John provided. I have referred other people to the StorageMart.
I signed up for this place a year ago. Got a third floor unit for the advertised price of $25 for 3 months and then $90 after that . About 8 months in they double the rate to $180 a month !!! Once they have you they know what a pain it is to move everything so charge whatever they want . This is a scam . DO NOT go here . False advertising with their seemingly low rates .
Always helpful, and professional every step of the way.
Clean spaces, friendly and professional front desk. Felt welcomed.
