I liked it better when it was Metro storage. This new company is money hungry. Access has also been limited, it used to be 24 hour access now it closes at 9 PM every day, even when you have a passcode, that’s not convenient for every day working people. The Insurance price has double and on top of that, they made the rent due on the 1st of the month for everyone, mine used to be on the 22nd (the day of the month that I moved in!). Super friendly staff!! Vincent is wonderful! It was so quick and easy to get my unit. It was a really great deal too. It's a very easy load-in area!
Edit: Notice in their reply no mention of keeping my money after I moved out of the unit and was promised a refund that never came. Also says to reach out but they are never there to answer the phone and don't communicate well at all, they're just trying to save face with this reply. I had a unit here for a year. It was very expensive to begin with, and then after some time of course they raised the rent for no apparent reason. Pretty typical for storage companies but it went up nearly 50 bucks per month. This places treat you like family, specially Vincent. They always welcome you with a smile and answer all your questions and give you suggestions according to your needs and budget. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a safe place to put your furniture and other valuable items.
Great service Vincent was very kind and helpful and got me a 5x5 for a really decent price. Better than public storage and they are clean and have a bathroom. Edit: new name for the facility and insurance on the new lease was raised by 30$ but if you have your own rental or homeowners insurance you won't have to get the insurance with storagemart. EDIT: only ONE BATHROOM??! out of the three times I've needed to use the bathroom, it's always been occupied. And they take forever. Ridiculous.
