Brand new, immaculate facility.
Michael is an excellent member of the team at this facility. He was very helpful, clearly explained the promotional rate, set up AutoPay for me, and gave me a tour with kindness and professionalism. I am very happy with the customer service he provided. The storage facility is also very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!
We just moved out after six steady years at Storage Mart's facility in Skokie. The facility is well cared for and in a convenient location. The office staff has been very responsive any time we have reached out to them. Brody enabled a smooth checkout, and Michael was very helpful in ensuring our account was closed out properly.
