Andrea is incredible. She went above and beyond for us, and she’s just a pleasure to see every time we go to storage. Even though we have moved now, and there are other closer storage facilities, my wife and I will ONLY store our things with Andrea. She is beyond trustworthy and dependable.

Very disappointed with this storage. I contacted management to explain my financial hardship and asked if they could work with me by removing some of the fees that was added to my account. I was told my belongings could be auctioned if I didn’t pay the full amount and wouldn’t work with me, so I have to borrow money to make the payment. The ridiculous fees they charge are extremely frustrating and seem excessive especially the $60.00 fee and adding every 2 weeks more late fees amount. Very disappointed by the yearly rent increases which are only provided with a two weeks' notice. I had a 25% rent increase less than a year ago for my unit, and now my rent is almost doubling (90% increase). While the facility is clean and maintained, I am not happy with this. I was fine with the 25% increase, but nearly doubling the rate, especially less than a year from the last increase, is a bait-and-switch tactic.
