We were assisted by Brianna and she was very kind and helpful both on the phone and in person. The check in process was easy. The facility is spotless and climate controlled. We were offered coffee and water. The facility is easy to find and there is a loading dock.
Very disappointed ,for few months was a construction in the territory and most of the time was a problem to have access to pick up materials from my unit ,few times I when to the storage in the morning and the gates didn’t work , my teams was waiting for me for few hours to bring the materials they needed,now they started to increase the price almost each month .That’s how they care about long term customers . If I could give this place a zero star I would. The only reason why they have good reviews is because they took over for metro storage. I just moved to metro storage a month ago I had a contract with them and I was happy. Than this manhattan min storage comes in doesn’t notify anyone of what’s going on upped my price without my knowledge and now they are fighting with me and not wanting to honor the contract I had already signed. Horrible service. Notice on management change was nothing. No one returns our calls n now can’t get in to get our stuff because our access has been denied. Office is closed during business hours.
