My experience with this location of Manhattan Mini Storage, on Route 1 in Monmouth Junction, NJ has been excellent. Andrea and Rachel went above and beyond while I was checking in, helping me to upgrade to a larger unit from the one I initially reserved, and kindly and patiently assisting me to solve some problems I had while unloading my truck. Excellent facility. Staff is amazing. Clean attentive, all a customer can ask for. Refreshing compared to the last place I was at.
Andrea and Rachel at the front desk has been always kind and helpful and make the customer stay by doing whatever they could do!!!
Customer service here is top tier
