Used to be metro storage new owners are running it to the ground
Prices have doubled after new company bought them greedy and sickening
NOT RECOMMENDED No AC on 2nd floor, moth infestation, not clean, 1 elevator is not working! No rate increase, the New company is double-charging the old people The locations just got bought and they try to charge old customers twice for one month HORRIBLE COMPANY After they bought the locations, they informed everyone in one email that everything had changed and did not even give time to people time to understand what happened next day they tried to double-charge NOT recommended
I would give negative if possible , as long this place was operated by Metro, was a nice place, the moment the not so Smart took over everything changed , including that manager Mike, it looks like they took his soul out. Stay away from this location, go to a place that is locally owned, not by a corporate with the office in the cloud, support the locals not this weirdos
