I love the experience I had there I would recommend to anyone Santia was very nice it was my first time and she explained it well thanx queen
I came in to inquire about a unit and had such a great experience. Santia was absolutely amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. She really took her time to explain everything and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they get exactly what they need. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you go to Extra Space Storage, definitely ask for Santia, she’s the best!
