I would like to explain why I am leaving the reviews that I’m leaving. When I ordered the screens I wanted a heavy duty tear proof screen that would be safe if my cats jump up on them. I also didn’t want to have the worry about them escaping. They are kittens and very rambunctious. When I finally received my order I found that the aluminum was very thin and the paint chipped off quite easily, the handles on the doors would constantly come untightened with the screws and the handle would slide down to the bottom of the doors.... read more

Poor workmanship, and white frame of my slider screen door had nicks and scratches.Miter cuts were not good.sharp edges I had to file. Brian B.

Don't measure your screens by the video they have. It will have you measure the wrong way and when your screens don't fit. They won't make it right to you. They won't return your phone call's and tell you that it's your fault that you watched there video and won't take there screens back... Terrible customer service and you should not trust this company at all.. Buy your screens from someone else..

I watched the video they told me to watch and measure the exact way they told me to and it was wrong. My sales guy Andrew Lizardi told me they would send the correct screens out to us and a day later after talking to Manager David, They won't take back to screens that don't fit and want to charge me full price again for new ones. I was even willing to pay for the shipping. This company is very bad don't order from them. they are rude on the phone and don't care about you and the fact that there video is wrong.
