Called on a Tuesday at 11 am for an out of “service contract” printer. We are a small family business with few older Ricoh printers. Anders, the technician called at 2:30 and said he was in the area. I thought that was crazy but ok, stop on by. Thinking to myself, “No way will this get fixed today”. He stopped by and was able to refurbish our printer in two hours onsite with parts he had in the service vehicle. He was able to diagnose and give a rough estimate and fit our budget. Wish I would have read the 1 star reviews for before engaging with Metro Sales. All the reviews are accurate. If you own a small business, they will NOT even entertain any change to the contract no matter what. They are all about slamming you into it. Even if their services aren't needed or they are no longer a fit for your organization. It's their way. No customer empathy.
