Hands down the best copier service around.
I could not have been more pleased with the service MSI provided in making programs for my dads funeral. They were so beautiful and the quality couldn't get any better. We got many compliments from the guest attending the service, and the Father even said they were the nicest programs he'd seen in all his years. Thank you!
MSI Document Services team is professional, efficient, reasonably priced and our programs and thank you cards were perfect! We provided information to them electronically, they had proofs back within a couple hours for our approval and they were printed and ready for pickup within a day. Now that is Service! Thank you so much for making a tough time much easier.

Called on a Tuesday at 11 am for an out of “service contract” printer. We are a small family business with few older Ricoh printers. Anders, the technician called at 2:30 and said he was in the area. I thought that was crazy but ok, stop on by. Thinking to myself, “No way will this get fixed today”. He stopped by and was able to refurbish our printer in two hours onsite with parts he had in the service vehicle. He was able to diagnose and give a rough estimate and fit our budget.
