The customer service is easy to use and any questions are answered promptly with solutions found. Dominic has been very easy to work with and has been able to help trouble shoot if we ever need it.

This place is amazing to work with!! I had decided on a printer, than changed my mind and Dominic Austing was just great to work with. He found a printer that worked for the company I work for, waited a whole month for my reply and still was able to help me out! I would 100% recommend working not just with this company, but with Dominic.

Dominic is incredible! He displayed true professionalism with his patience and kindness while teaching all the therapist at our pediatric clinic (in Isanti, MN) on how to use and manage our new photocopy/scanner. He took the time to explained everything in very simple terms and answered everyone's questions. After learning about this new machine from Dominic, we all feel confident in using it.
