Dominic is incredible! He displayed true professionalism with his patience and kindness while teaching all the therapist at our pediatric clinic (in Isanti, MN) on how to use and manage our new photocopy/scanner. He took the time to explained everything in very simple terms and answered everyone's questions. After learning about this new machine from Dominic, we all feel confident in using it. Dominic has been fantastic to work with at MSI. He approached while we were still under contract with someone else but he did a fantastic job laying out what our options were and followed up with us without pressuring us to switch or break our current contract. Our first 6 months have been fantastic and we are saving a great deal of money from our previous vendor. We recently needed to order supplies and the process was quick and extremely simple!
