I am extremely pleased with the training and the conducive learning environment the course provides. Raymond, the trainer, exhibited a high level of expertise and was exceptionally helpful in addressing all our inquiries. His teaching style was engaging and informative, making the learning experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this establishment for individuals seeking certification.
Raymond was awesome. He kept the whole class engaged, got everyone an opportunity to ask all the questions and even make some jokes to lighten the mood. I did several first classes over the years and can honestly say that the SFA two days class was the most fun and informative of them all. Thanks a lot, Raymond!
I recently updated my Advanced First Aid certification. Week one was led by Scott, and week two by Tom, with excellent support from Jovyn and Natasha. This course is tough—as it should be—because real-life emergencies aren’t easy. The level of support is outstanding, and the instructors go above and beyond to ensure you succeed, even if it means staying late or coming in early. I can't recommend this course and these instructors enough. See you in three years, team!
Very good course, I had the Level 1 Basic, Kristina did a great job in explaining with both the written and practical side of the course , which made the test easier.
Institute is best, trainers are best and what’s make them more valuable is their one specific trainer by the name “Raymond”.(He is amazing)
