Amazing service, rectified the problem immediately and as it did not require any parts they were happy not to charge a fee. Did say that the motor maybe on its way out so I will certainly be return business with Metro Roller Doors. Honest down to earth people who provide a great service and knowhow on automatic doors.
Great service and Affordable
Contacted these guys for a quote to install new roller door. Even though quote was for 30 days, I was harrassed non stop! by there automated messaging to accept or decline the quote and the reason I am so reluctant to give out my email and mobile number to business now, as everyone seems to think it's a green light to harass you. The customer service and communication was non existent when I sent an email back to ask some questions, so I declined the quote and took my business elsewhere.
