I was referred to Dr. Sagar by my PCP, but I have as of yet to have an 'experience' with Dr. Sagar to comment on, BECAUSE the receptionist REFUSES to make me an appointment. I have called FOUR times over a period of 6 months, each time there is a reason she will not make me an appointment - I have insurance, but there is always some reason to not make the appointment and TWICE - she is going to call me back. Dr. Sagar is a very pleasant and thorough physician! She consistently treats me with respect and compassion and promptly returns my phone calls and messages. Her staff has very little personality but Ive never had a problem with them. Just not as friendly as most people in a doctors office should be in my opinion. But I always get my calls returned and medication refilled. I’d highly recommend her.
Tried to make an appointment, she needs to update that she no longer accepts different kinds of insurance...
Love her she is so compassionate and understanding and thorough . She has changed my life.
Dr. Sagar is one of the best Rheaumatologist in our area.. I have been to many, and can say without a doubt, you will never find a more Kind, Compassionate, and very well Educated Physician in her field of training !! I recommend many people to her, with them all saying “What a kind Doctor she is “. I’m truly thankful for her. ??
Received a priority/imperative referral from my neurologist due to positive ANA and elevated ESR.. Although this office is listed on my insurance as accepted and the receptionist confirmed my insurance is taken there, they would not accept my insurance at this time and said to call back after the first of the year. When people are sick, who has time to wait that long for an appointment?. If this office isn't going to accept an insurance at ANY time, they should remove themselves from the list.
I had an acute gouty attack and her office was able to make a same day appointment. She is caring and patient with her patients. Dr. Sagar spent time with me, explaining my situation and the steps we are taking to address my gout.
