Well State Farm recommended them with my home owners claim, so far I’m more than pissed! I come to find water leaking in my basement from something they have done while working, my door leading to my garage no longer opens. My security system was unplugged the entire time while they were here. I have found scratches across 2 cars where they drug carpet across them. Photos broke, stuff ruined by the water they left on the floor.

I had extensive repair work done at the beginning of this year by Metro Restoration Services. The work crew teams, under the supervision and coordination of Oliver ********, were competent, knowledgeable and very courteous. At the end of each workday, they cleaned up after themselves. I would NEVER recommend this company. They like to give you the run around constantly. They are horrible with communication and letting you know whats going on, especially if you don't understand things when it comes to financial aspects. They expect you to live in your home when debris and mold and floors are torn up. It has been a month since the accident and no estimates have been finalized. I would not recommend this company. They do not follow your instruction, They did unauthorised work because they were submitting the bill for an insurance claim. They burned thru the money doing unathorized work while ignoring requested work. I would never give them a recommendation.

Metro Restoration is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with for repairs. The people I talked with made me feel comfortable with the entire process. All questions were answered and explained. Delays were not an issue & my phone calls were always answered in a timely manner. The work Metro Restoration completed was excellent. I will definitely use them again in the future, as well as, recommend them to others.

We had a fire in our antique business that caused substantial damage both to the 3,600 sq. ft. structure as well as to the antiques in the building. The matter was further complicated in that my husband was recovering from open heart surgery that had occurred 90 days earlier.
