Been with this company as a tenant a few years . Started out bad. Has been going downhill ever since Management refuses to address issues properly, leaving massive security issues, despite thefts in the area and building , refusing to clean up and fix driveways with huge potholes for years on end Report issues to management? Lease said if any problems call the cops, cops were never called to my house but claim they gave me a thirty day notice (on a month to month lease) because my neighbors complained. Recently had a child who is half black, they couldn’t give me any other reason as to why they gave me that notice and the cops NEVER came to my house. Also never heard anything about my deposit or why I didn’t receive it.
