My wedding got cancelled because of COVID 19 and we were unable to even enter the outer banks. Metro rental did nothing but give me a list if rentals and they refused to give me my entire deposit back. Out of $531 they gave us back $340 and even that was a struggle. Me and my family are in a financial loss because vendors like Metro Rental did not have the heart to refund our money because of a pandemic out of our control. I would never recommend doing business with them.

In September we rented a large coffee pot for a festival that we were having. The coffee pot would not work, and leaked all over the counters. In addition to not being able to serve coffee, we had three trips back to return the coffee pot and to ask for a refund. To date, there has been no response. I was told that the employee needed to speak with the owner, but nothing has happened. Sorry to say I probably would never go to that place again.
