I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother who recently had Metro Refrigeration out to see to her fridge, twice within 5 weeks, for the same problem. Although she thought the service guy was very friendly and prompt, she was upset that she was charged twice for a callout fee of $110 per time to fix the problem which was that her fridge wasn't getting cold enough.
