I am extremely disappointed with this Real Estate team. I submitted 2 offers on a piece of property recently, through my Realtor; the 1st was below asking price. My realtor submitted the offer but we had difficulty making contact with the Metro Realty Group listing agent for feedback. Eventually, we did get feedback saying that the sellers were firm on their price. We submitted another offer for full asking price, cash, and declined the appraisal even.
