My experience with Metro Real Estate Services was incredibly disappointing. From the very beginning, the staff were extremely rude over the phone for no reason. It was shocking how dismissive and unhelpful they were during every interaction. On top of that, they continuously dragged their feet on every aspect of the job. It seemed like they had no urgency or desire to actually do their work. Communication was almost non-existent, Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs!
Metro Real Estate has been providing recording services for our company for the past year and we have been very pleased. They are professional and have returned all our documents in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend their services to any title company
