Amazing security guard service for my building, front desk attendants are delightful
Great guards great company They have been guarding my building for 5 years I'm good friends with the property manager he said it was one of the best decisions he ever made going with a smaller family-run operation that's been in business 25 years.
Their alleged "24 hour" call centre is NOT 24 HOURS!.... ALWAYS AUTOMATED SERVICE ASKING TO HOLD FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE OPERATOR THEN IMMEDIATELY* GOES TO "ALL OUR OPERATORS ARE BUSY PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE". I WOULD RATE 0 STAR IF POSSIBLE.
I used to work here many years ago as a high-profile security officer. I must say the CEO and Owner, Frank DiCurtis, is an outstanding businessman and a great guy to work for. As long as you are an honest, hard-working, dedicated person, he will have no issues with you.
