Go here for my daughter's clubfoot boots and bar. Jed has a great bedside manner and is great with kids as well. Would 100% recommend.

Customer service was great. Staff was very welcoming. Making an appointment was easy and my son was able to be seen fairly quickly. Jed, the orthotist, was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

I would never recommend this place. I ordered and waited for over a month, and to be told to wait another two weeks so I canceled. I really don't understand if they have any intention of doing business, or maybe if Brittani only showed that attitude to me, she's even worse person and deserves to be criticized.

They took my prosthetic that I came with and didn’t want to give it back. I was on crutches for a week before I begged to get my stuff back. I was forced to sign for the delivery of the new prosthetic they made despite it being a test socket. My insurance paid them for a new socket and all I got was a test socket that is not the proper fit. I would not recommend this facility.

I cannot say THANK YOU enough to the team at Metro Prosthetics for all they have done for my mother in her challenge after her amputation. Jed is one of the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of working with and he always goes far beyond our expectations. My mother can be a handful and he handles her perfectly with a combination of humor and let's get this job done in a timely manner.
