Metro Property Management has been a lifesaver. They helped me prepare our property to be leased. They did an amazing job marketing our property which resulted in us finding a top notch tenant who has taken great care of the property. They handle all of the details for us. Renter and Home owner Beware! My experience as a renter has been worst to say the least; it took over 2 weeks to get a returned call. Once communication was established every message I left it took at least 3 days to get a returned phone call. I'm a new single dad and my pending divorce has devastated my credit.
