Terrible communication and unsure how they even run. Apartment I was suppose to move into, paid for and all, was filthy. The door to get into my bedroom was locked with no door knob. There were dead WORMS in the living room, everywhere. We called to complain and the lady simply said “previous tenants must have left the door open. We’ll move you to another apartment. Wonderful places to live. Great locations and quiet. Very clean apartments and a lot of amenities: pool, workout facility, up to date appliances, easily accessible parking, large porches and pet friendly. Maintenance is awesome and always fixes any request, quickly. Highly recommend any of their locations.
The Live at Metro staff will do everything in their power to withhold your security deposit. They Feel if you put pictures on the wall you should have to professional paint your apartment. They demand that you, the tenant have your carpet professionally cleaned upon move out. What responsibilities do they have other than collect your rent and do everything in their power to withhold your deposit. Having your carpet professionally cleaned is not WV law.
